The Interior Design Process

Working with an interior designer should feel like a relief, not another thing to manage. Here is what the process looks like when you work with Villa Twenty Four.

  • Bright bedroom with a large bed covered in a colorful floral quilt, green headboard, pink nightstand, pink wall-mounted lamp, white curtain with pink leaf pattern, arched green display cabinet, and a potted plant on a white dresser.

    Complimentary Consultation

It starts with a complimentary phone call where we get to know your project, your goals, and the level of support you're looking for. From there, we schedule an in-person consultation to walk through your space together. Seeing it in person allows us to understand what you're working with, what's possible, and where the biggest opportunities are.

  • A bedroom corner with a wooden dresser, mirror, potted plant, table lamp, and decorative tray with bottles, brushes, and jewelry; wall art featuring birds in flight; part of a bed with pink bedding; and a patterned rug.

    Design Concept

Once you move forward, we develop a full design concept tailored to your space. This includes material selections, furnishings, finishes, lighting, and every detail in between. We present everything together so you can see how it all works as a whole before anything is ordered or committed to. You give feedback, we refine, and once you approve the direction, we move into execution.

  • Project Management

From there, Villa Twenty Four manages the ordering, tracking, and coordination so you don't have to. If your project involves contractors for paint, flooring, cabinetry, or construction, we coordinate with them directly and keep everything moving on schedule. You receive weekly updates throughout so you always know where things stand without having to chase anyone down.

  • Living room with wicker sofa, red patterned chair, wall art, small side table, nested tables, potted plant, white curtains, and decorative rugs.

    Installation

Everything will come together on our final installation day. This involves delivering all of your pieces, arranging the space, and a final reveal of the completed space. The goal throughout is that you feel supported, informed, and confident at every step. Not overwhelmed. Not left guessing. Just watching your space come together the way it was always meant to.
